EPCOT ®. At this stunning medieval castle, you'll be greeted by Disney's fairytale princesses. One of the more unusual character dining spots, Akershus offers a foray into Norwegian cuisine. A host of cold seafood dishes begins the meal and is then followed by selections from the cold entree table (the koldtbord) and the hot table (the smarvarmt). The buffet offers unlimited return trips, providing diners ample opportunity to try gravlax (cured salmon), lefse (potato-wheat flatbread) and everything from venison to lamb and smoked pork. You'll also discover seafood of all varieties, potato dishes and an array of cheeses and salads. Desserts are priced additionally, and Norwegian beers are available to complete the experience.

INTERNATIONAL DRIVE. Coral walls and striped, multicolor chairs give this restaurant's sleek interior a whimsical twist. The buttery "fat bread," topped with gourmet combinations like Smithfield ham with brie, makes a decadent appetizer. Elegant classics and flavorful New French dishes comprise the dinner menu. Try the lobster tail risotto with lungo crab meat, steak au poivre, or pan-fried free range chicken breast. A fun variety of desserts, from shortcake pear tatin to mini ice cream sandwiches, provide a memorable final course and are best served with a liqueur, caffe latte or espresso! WINTER PARK. For a more upscale environment, head upstairs to Antonio's La Fiamma; for a more casual meal, eat downstairs at Antonio's Cafe. Upstairs, you can watch as chefs in the open kitchen prepare delicious meals of fresh fish, al dente pasta, savory spices and tasty seafood. Known for having an exceptional wine list that numbers over 300 different wines. Don't leave without ordering the tiramisu ­ it's too good to miss. Reservations suggested. INTERNATIONAL DRIVE. This culinary haven serves up seafood that hails from both North and South. The menu includes Maine lobster and Southern favorites such as deep-fried fish dishes. Dining options also include plenty of meat entrees such as lamb and chicken. Expect beautifully prepared dishes to arrive at your table by well-trained waitstaff. Dine to the sounds of harp music as a harpist plays regularly at Atlantis. Business dress is appropriate, and reservations are recommended.
